Explosive Safety Resources
As a condition of 385-5, candidates and incumbents must favorably complete a personnel security investigation, urinalysis testing, respiratory 385-5, and must meet and maintain personnel suitability and reliability requirements established by the PCD Commander. Knowledgeable in the application of Army Regulations to facility plans and procedures, specifically:. Exhibit knowledge and apply fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of their environmental specialty.
Recommend improvements in processes, design, procedures and 835-65 equipment to minimize hazards. Develop and conduct employee training, emergency preparedness and assure the quality of programs.
Must be computer literate in common software applications and able to operate general office equipment. Possess strong organization skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritize projects. Able to adapt to changes as they occur. Good writing skills and working knowledge of common word processing, database, and spreadsheet applications.
Field safety and health experience in chemical aar, chemical agent demilitarization, construction or oil and gas industry. Perform basic at safety tasks. Knowledgeable in the application of Army Regulations to facility plans and procedures, specifically: Independently determine and develop approaches to solutions.
Develop, implement, and maintain safety 3856-5 health programs, systems, and procedures. Monitor and prevent hazards and diseases in the work area. Investigates accidents, injuries, and complaints concerning hazards in the workplace.
Provide regulatory interpretation and technical advice. Must be a US or naturalized citizen able to obtain and maintain PCAPP site access Must be computer literate in common software applications and able to operate general office equipment Familiar with OSHA General Industry and Construction Standards Familiar with environmental equipment Possess strong organization skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritize projects.
